Timothy G. Daly
Founder, Daly & Clemente, PC
Timothy Daly specializes in representing seriously injured people in automobile/truck accidents, medical malpractice and premises/property liability. He is a resident of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, and concentrates his practice in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.
He has recovered millions for his clients in cases involving everything from car and truck accidents to medical malpractice and accidental death. Mr. Daly is a former Councilman for the Borough of Phoenixville, and stays active in the revitalization of the historic downtown area.

Michael Clemente graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Legal Studies and Business Management Organizations. He is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law where he was an Associate Editor of the Sports & Entertainment Law Journal and a founding member of the first International Law Annual.
Mr. Clemente is currently admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts. He concentrates his practice in a wide range of plaintiff’s civil litigation matters, including medical negligence, workplace injuries, product liability, and automobile accidents. He also represents clients with regard to estate planning and administration.

Joachim Antz is an Associate Attorney with Daly & Clemente, where he concentrates his practice on automobile accidents, truck accidents, product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and DUI/criminal matters. He is currently admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania courts.

Joachim is a graduate of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. During his time in law school, Joachim participated in numerous internships, including a clerkship in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas and with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in the Bureau of Consumer Protection.

Through these positions, Joachim developed a passion for litigation that he has carried with him into practice. Prior to law school, Joachim attended the University of Pittsburgh, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
